We are looking for Receptionists, Breakfast Room and Bar Staff, Cooks and Night Porters.

General requested skills for all the positions are:

  • Good knowledge of Italian and English (English is not necessary for cooks)
  • Willingness to welcome and assist guests with a positive and professional attitude
  • Having a serious approach towards work
  • Available to work on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays depending on the weekly shifts
  • Living in Modena or in the Modena province (we don’t provide board and lodging)
  • Please have a valid visa to work in Italy (we don’t offer visa sponsorships)

📍 Barman / Barmaid

  • Available to work on the evening 5 – 11 PM shift
  • Being able to prepare cocktails is appreciated
  • The figure will be responsible for preparing and distributing drinks to guests and will work as a waiter at the evening bistro open from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM

📍 Breakfast Room Staff

  • Available to work on the 7 PM – 1 AM shift (approx.)
  • Along with their team, the figure will be responsible for:
    • Preparing dishes for the morning breakfast buffet
    • Set and clear the breakfast room tables
    • Check the buffet status and replenish it when necessary
    • Preparing hot beverages upon request
    • End of the shift activities: buffet clearing, breakfast room and kitchen cleaning
    • Services during events that take place at the property
  • Candidates with little or no experience are also evaluated if the general requirements are met

📍 Receptionist (Daytime)

  • Available to work on the 7 AM – 3 PM or 3 – 11 PM shifts depending on the weekly schedule
  • The figure will be responsible for front office and back office operations
  • Candidates with little or no experience are also evaluated if the general requirements are met

📍 Night Porter

  • Available to work on the 11 PM – 7 AM shift
  • The figure will be responsible of night auditing and will check-in or check-out guests when necessary (contents of the night audit will be carefully explained during the training and onboarding process)
  • Candidates with little or no experience are also evaluated if the general requirements are met

📍 Cook

  • Available to work on the 5 PM – 11 PM shift (approx.)
  • The figure will be responsible for preparing meals for the bistrot and events that take place at the property and for keeping the kitchen clean and tidy
  • The basic requirement is knowing how to cook. Candidates with experience cooking at home or as a housewife are also welcome.
